TBC Choir

Join us Sundays and praise our LORD Jesus Christ in song! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! All we need is faithfulness! Our repertoire consists of congregational hymns, special anthem music, and praise and worship singing. Of course every great choir needs to practice. We rehearse every Sunday night from 5:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. If you can sing, this is the place for you! If you cannot sing but love to do so, this is the place for you! If you love praising the LORD, then praise Him in singing and have fun doing it! The Bible tells us we should bless His name in singing praises.

The TBC Choir leads the Sunday morning worship service.  These are a passionate group at many skill levels.  Our choir practices every Sunday at 4:30 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to join the choir should they ever feel led of the Lord to do so. Choir practice is open to everyone from teenagers to adults. All that is required is a heart that is ready to worship.

TBC Praise Team

The TBC Praise Team leads the Sunday evening worship service with contemporary music. It is open to members of TBC.  Contact Aimee Evans.

Singing To A Risen Saviour

S.T.A.R.S. Kinderchoir is a group of enthusiastic Preschoolers and Kindergarteners who love singing to our LORD Jesus Christ! This lively meets once a week to learn the importance of praising the LORD in song, sing praises, eat snacks, and play to their hearts' content. Twice a year we have a concert for the church family's enjoyment' at Christmas and in the Spring. The Kinderchoir is directed by Casey Manner who is just as excited about singing praises to Jesus as the little ones!

The Drama Ministry at Temple Baptist Church of Christ is designed to build and sustain diversity, creativity, sensitivity, joy and consecration of the heart in the endeavor to glorify God.  Our mission is to make the Bible applicable to everyone and to spread the glorious news that Jesus is still our reigning King.  Dramatization of the Word of God is and always has been an effective medium in the spreading and understanding of the Word of God.

The ALTARED
Student Drama Ministry

Temple Baptist Church is proud to announce this new drama ministry program called “The ALTARED”! Our drama program is targeted at the Middle School-aged children, 5th-8th grade and was developed to bridge the transition between Children’s Choir and our Teen Ministry. While Children’s Choir is primarily focused on teaching children how to share the gospel through song, The ALTARED will extend that approach by presenting short and long drama/skits that teach the importance of a Christ-centered life.

The ALTARED reflects those who have come to know Christ and experienced a “change” in their lives that should be shared with others. It is our goal to make disciples of our youth and encourage them to show how they are growing spiritually in their daily walk with Christ. With practice sessions being held each Sunday at 5-6pm, this ministry will also allow 5-6th graders to continue serving in Kids Choir and 7-8th graders to remain grounded in Teen Church.
