Youth Ministry

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12

Of all the times to receive knowledge and instructions in the way of God, the teenage years are among the most important. As the world continues to develop the complexity of its charms to dissuade youths from wisdom and doeth the path of a fool, Temple Baptist Church works to lovingly instruct teens in God's absolute truth, the Bible.

Goals for the TBC Youth Group:

To receive Christ through the preaching of the Word of God.
To nurture and disciple teens to develop solid Bible study and prayer habits and to equip teens to fulfill the great commission.
To foster a loving, encouraging spirit within a youth group that reaches out to others and wins them to Jesus Christ and draws them in to the local church without compromising Godly, Biblical standards.
To infect teens with the joy of living for and serving Christ faithfully in His local church.

Our Purpose:

We are the CREW3. This stands for We are a CHRIST CENTERED CREATION. We want a REAL RADICAL RELATIONSHIP with God and each other. We will EVANGELIZE EVERYWHERE EVERYDAY. We WELCOME God's presence to change us to became real WITNESSES and real WORSHIPPERS and to make a difference in this world while we are still here. We invite all to come and know this Jesus we uplift and honor. We trust Him for our Salvation. And rely on Him for all our needs.
